What we process
dmresponder connects to your official business accounts on Instagram, Facebook Messenger, WhatsApp Business and Telegram using their official APIs. We receive the messages customers send to your business, generate suggested replies with AI, and send approved replies back through those APIs.
How messages are handled
- Message content is stored only to power your inbox and is encrypted in transit.
- Personal data (emails, phone numbers, card numbers) is masked before any AI processing.
- We do not use your messages or your customers' data to train AI models.
- We never use message content for advertising.
- Operational logs never contain message content.
Your controls
- Disable AI per channel at any time.
- Disconnect any account — its access tokens are deleted immediately.
- Delete conversation history or your entire workspace.
- Export a machine-readable copy of your data.
Data deletion
To request deletion, use the in-app Security & Privacy page or contact privacy@dmresponder.example. Deletion removes conversations, messages, connected accounts and stored tokens.
Sub-processors
We use OpenAI to generate replies (with PII masked), Stripe for billing, and standard cloud infrastructure for hosting. We do not sell your data.
